Terms & Conditions

By operating a Norsta North company forklift, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Valid Licence/Certification: I hold a valid and current high-risk work licence or forklift certification appropriate for the operation of the forklift.
2. Compliance with Safety Regulations: I will comply with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations and site-specific rules while operating the forklift.
3. Adherence to Company Procedures: I will follow all Norsta North policies and procedures relating to the safe and responsible operation of forklifts, including pre-start checks, VOC sign-off and proper load handling.
4. Incident and Damage Reporting: I will report any incidents, near misses, or damage involving the forklift immediately to the appropriate company authority.
5. Accountability: I understand that failure to comply with these conditions may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of forklift operating privileges, and potential legal consequences.
